COVID-19 Safety Precautions

We can’t express how happy and excited we are to be opening our doors again to start serving our amazing patients with all of your oral health care needs. We know this year has been anything but easy, but during these trying times, we look forward to assisting in any way we can when it comes to your oral health and your wellbeing. While many things have had to change, one thing hasn’t: our commitment to you. Your health and safety has, and always will be, our top priority so we feel it’s necessary to help you understand what changes you’ll notice the next time you’re in for your appointment:

  1. Prior to your appointment, we’ll be asking some screening questions to ensure there are no COVID symptoms present. If you are showing symptoms, we’ll have to reschedule your appointment for a later date.
  2. Upon your arrival, give us a call (905-857-2155) and we’ll let you know when you can enter the office. We’re limiting the number of people in our waiting room to avoid congestion; therefore, you don’t have to arrive very early for your scheduled appointment. Appointments are also lasting longer than usual due to extra safety precautions, so thank you in advance for your patience.
  3. We have various hand sanitizer dispensers set up and ask that you sanitize your hands upon entering and leaving the office.
  4. We will be taking your temperature before your appointment.
  5. For the time being, we will not have magazines, books, or children’s toys in the waiting room, as they’re difficult to disinfect.
  6. Our staff will be wearing more PPE such as gowns, face shields, masks, etc.
  7. We’ve installed highly efficient air filtration systems in each room to remove harmful particles, allergens, mold and viruses.

We’re Committed To You

While we’ve always been committed to exceptional hygiene and sterilization, you’ll notice we’re even stricter about it now but this is to ensure the health and safety of our staff and you. All of these changes were designed to create a safe environment and we stand behind them. Let’s work together to limit the spread of COVID-19 and be there for each other during these hard times.

If you ever have any questions or concerns about your appointment and our new protocols, please let us know. Give us a call at 905-857-2155 or email us at info@southbolton.com.

Thank You

Before booking your appointment, we kindly ask that you fill out a COVID consent form just so we can be certain you’re not experiencing symptoms and that you haven’t recently travelled.

We honestly can’t wait to see you again and thank you in person for your continued support, understanding and level of patience during this ordeal. We value your trust more than words can express.
